Aleia Restaurant, awarded with a Michelin star, is the gastronomic restaurant of Hotel Casa Fuster, directed by the prestigious chef Paulo Airaudo (who has 4 Michelin stars and restaurants in San Sebastián, London and Hong Kong) and led by chef Rafa Bedoya from Jerez (with experience in restaurants of the highest level in the Basque Country, Andalusia and even in El Celler de Can Roca).

The aim of Aleia Restaurant is to offer a unique experience, one that strikes the perfect balance between seasonal products and the finest cooking techniques. To carry out our mission, we have chosen to offer a tasting menu to all our guests.

Menu prices:

  • Executive Menu 110€ , in the midday service and only on weekdays.
  • Tasting Menu 150€.

Our drinks offer is designed to highlight each dish, making sure to perfectly complement this experience.

  • Short wine pairing 78€.
  • Full wine pairing 108€.

Aleia does not prepare children’s menus or highchairs, so the restaurant is not recommended to children under 10 years of age (as there is only one adults menu).

Wednesday to Saturday:

Lunch: 13:00 to 15:00

Dinner: 19:00 to 21:30
