Aleia is the restaurant of the Hotel Casa Fuster, directed by the prestigious chef Paulo Airaudo (who achieved 3 Michelin stars and owns restaurants in San Sebastian, London and Hong Kong) and led by chef Rafa Bedoya from Jerez (with experience in top level restaurants in the Basque Country, Andalusia and the Celler de Can Roca).

Aleia Restaurant offers a unique tasting menu: a sample of the local cuisine and philosophy. The menu will vary according to the season and availability of the products, consisting mainly of seafood, with a price of €120 (VAT included); drinks and pairings not included in the price.

At lunchtime and only on weekdays, there will also be a smaller menu at a price of €90 (VAT included), drinks and pairings not included in the price.

Aleia does not prepare children’s menus or highchairs, so the restaurant is not recommended to children under 10 years of age (as there is only one adults menu).

Lunch: 13:00 to 15:00

Dinner: 19:00 to 21:30
