Aleia Restaurant, awarded a Sol Repsol and a Michelin star, is Hotel Casa Fuster’s fine dining restaurant. It’s run by the prestigious four Michelin-starred Chef Paulo Airaudo, who has restaurants in San Sebastian, London and Hong Kong, with Jerez-born head Chef Rafa Bedoya, who brings a wealth of experience from world-class restaurants in the Basque Country and Andalusia, as well as the prestigious Celler de Can Roca.
