ALEIA, the restaurant by Italo-Argentine chef Paulo Airaudo with Rafael de Bedoya from Jerez as head chef, offers a unique gastronomic experience on the noble floor of the Hotel Casa Fuster.

Paulo’s international career, awarded a total of 8 Michelin Guide stars, combined with the talent and hard work of Rafa Bedoya, results in a proposal that blends tradition and avant-garde, classic techniques alongside modern influences, and always with the best possible protagonist: seasonal produce.

Bite by bite, dish by dish, flavor is at the heart of the proposal that the Michelin Guide has awarded 2 Michelin Stars and the Repsol Guide 1 Sun.

Restaurant Aleia offers a unique tasting menu, a sample of its cuisine and philosophy. Its menu varies according to the season and availability of products, primarily fish and seafood.
In the midday service and only during the week, there is also a smaller tasting menu.

Restaurant Aleia Restaurant does not have menus for children or high chairs, so children under 10 years are not recommended (the menu is for adults).
