The Casa Fuster 5*GL hotel is home to Aleia Restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, in the prestigious area of Casa Fuster, which provides the atmosphere, location and charm to house the restaurant.

Aleia Restaurant, awarded a Repsol Sun and a Michelin star, is run by the prestigious chef Paulo Airaudo, who has 5 Michelin stars and restaurants in San Sebastián, Hong Kong, Florence, Bogotá and Bangkok. The restaurant is led by chef Rafa Bedoya from Jerez, who has experience in top-level restaurants in the Basque Country, Andalusia and Celler de Can Roca itself.

The aim of Aleia Restaurant is to offer a unique experience, creating perfect harmony between seasonal produce and culinary technique at its finest. To achieve our mission, we have chosen to serve a tasting menu to all our guests.
