The Hotel Casa Fuster 5* GL welcomes Aleia Restaurant on its first floor, occupying the historic noble area of the building. This monumental environment, the work of Domènech i Montaner, provides the ideal atmosphere, exclusivity, and charm to host one of the most personal gastronomic proposals in Barcelona.

Aleia, distinguished with two Michelin Stars and two Repsol Suns, was born from the strategic direction of Paulo Airaudo, who has a total of 8 Michelin stars in his international career with projects in San Sebastián, Hong Kong, Florence, and Bangkok. The kitchen is led by the Jerez-born chef Rafa de Bedoya. His most personal adventure began in Barcelona with the opening of Aleia Restaurant in December 2021, a project to which Rafa imparted his soul and his gastronomic vision. In November 2022, he obtained the first Michelin Star, and in 2025 he reached two Michelin Stars, consolidating Aleia as one of the essential gastronomic temples of the current scene.

Aleia’s proposal focuses on offering a unique experience, where cutting-edge technique is put at the service of the best seasonal products. The result is a balanced cuisine that combines the Andalusian roots of De Bedoya with the essence of the Mediterranean surroundings.
